Terms of Sale: Photography Prints

These terms apply to all print purchases made through Nick Bartrum Photography. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

 

1. The Product

• Description: All prints are described as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor calibrations.

• Made to Order: Unless otherwise stated, prints are produced "to order." This means the printing process begins specifically for your purchase.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

• Price: All prices are in GBP (£). I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering. I use secure third-party payment processors; I do not store your credit card details.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch Time: I aim to dispatch prints within [e.g., 5–7] working days.

• Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• International Orders: If ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, your rights regarding returns are as follows:

• Damaged Goods: If your print arrives damaged, please contact me at nb@nickbartrum.com within 14 days with photos of the damage and packaging. I will provide a replacement or a full refund.

• Change of Mind: Because my prints are "made to order" (custom-made for you), they are generally exempt from the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period for returns. However, please contact me if you have an issue, as I always aim for customer satisfaction.

 

5. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

• Ownership: When you purchase a print, you are buying the physical item only.

• Restrictions: You do not own the copyright to the image. You may not scan, duplicate, resell, or use the image for any commercial purpose without my express written permission.

 

6. Liability

My liability for any product purchased through this website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
